After the events of All for One, you would assume that
momentum is in the corner of the Young Guns heading into
Evolution. But, the newest EPW clips on youtube appear to
suggest otherwise.
Despite losing the All for One tag team match, the Young
Guns had a fantastic showing against the Forefathers. Their
captain, Shane Haste was taken out earlier in the night but
the Guns were able to bounce back under the guidance of
their replacement captain, FN Carnage.
With less than 5 minutes to go in the match, they led the
Forefathers three falls to one. But the Forefathers, with
the help of Spike Steele, turned the match up a gear and
were able to isolate FN Carnage and score the decisive pin.
But the Forefathers showed weakness in this match. It is
clear that ego is becoming a problem and it almost cost them
dearly. After the match Davis Storm made his feelings very
clear to Nate Dooley. He believes that the Forefathers are
no longer out for his best interests, which include the EPW
tag team championships.
With all these facts, the
Young Guns should be celebrating and preparing for the
biggest victory of all. But they aren’t.
It appears that ego is not just a problem in the Forefathers
camp. The reaction to Bobby’s return to the Young Guns
dressing room was more than a little underwhelming.
The Young Guns
can not afford to stall now. They stand on the verge of
taking all the gold from the Forefathers. And whether the
other Young Guns believe it or not, Bobby Marshall is
probably the toughest challenge Jimmy Payne has ever faced.
But standing behind Bobby is a team of guys who have failed
at the last hurdle. Chris Lazareth and Devlin Reeves have
both taken a shot at Jimmy Payne and failed. They can not
allow petty jealousy to stop them from getting behind
Marshall at Evolution
There is more to this situation than meets the eye. I, THE
INSIDER, will continue to dig deeper until I can reveal the
REAL reason behind the splits in both camps. Stay tuned for
more.
