Azazal’s protégé was soon revealed to
be Azazal himself in a crappy mask that did nothing to disguise his
identity. Carnage was well within his rights to stop this match from
going ahead but he decided to put Cartel to the test against one of
EPW’s elite.
And he was certainly up to the task. The improvement in Tommy since
becoming Carnage’s protégé has been startling. 12 months ago, Azazal
would have destroyed the youngster but instead Cartel dominated this
match.
From standing moonsaults to belly to belly suplexes, Cartel did it
all as Azazal was punished all over the ring. In the end, the
‘Fallen Angel’ delivered a blatant low blow that saw him get
disqualified. Carnage then chased him from the ring.
