The show got off to an auspicious
start. The host of Brat Chat, Slick Rick Sanders was missing in
action. But his place was ably filled by Slick Rick Vagrant. ‘The
People’s Tramp, entered, dressed like Slick Rick himself. Before he
could commence, he was interrupted by the REAL Slick Rick. Rick
wasn’t alone though. He entered with two security guards and an
interesting gentleman in a suit.
After imitating Rick for a short amount of time, the Vagrant again
challenged Sanders to a match. Sanders said that he would accept, IF
the Vagrant could defeat the Brat Pack in a handicap match later
that evening. Vagrant accepted but was then ejected from ringside by
security.
Slick Rick then invited the EPW champion, Davis Storm, to the ring.
Then instead of inviting Mikey out as was planned, Rick invited the
former champion, FN Carnage, to join him. |

Dancin Lukey entered and tried to
interrupt Slick Rick but Rick was determined to go on with his plan.
Rick then announced the gentleman that had accompanied him to
ringside. ‘Gentleman’ Jack Burbank then proceeded to announce that
he has been a silent member of the EPW Board of Directors for the
past three years. He then announced that Storm’s foot had been
draped over the bottom rope when he scored his title victory over FN
Carnage. With a smug look on his face, he went onto say that the
Board of Directors had voted almost unanimously (with the exception
of Dancin Lukey) to nullify Davis Storm’s title victory over
Carnage. Storm was then forced to return the belt to Carnage.
Storm was obviously disappointed but said that he would not disgrace
the belt by throwing it down and would hand it back to Carnage. He
then explained his disappointment in not only being stripped of the
title, but also missing out on the main event at Re-Awakening. Lukey
said that the only two people who could change the main event were
the champion and the #1 contender.
That brought Mikey to the ring. He told Storm that he would make
their match for #1 contendership at Re-Awakening. Azazal then hit
the ring and attacked Mikey. Carnage also attacked Storm but they
were both quickly thrown from the ring. Storm then asked Lukey to
deliver a message to the Board of Directors by flipping him off.
Psychofett was then announced as a special guest commentator. |
