Brad West and Jack Burbank opened the
show but most of the focus was on the pole hanging over the ring.
Most people knew that a 4 way Invitational Qualifier was to be held
later in the evening but that the fourth participant had yet to be
announced. Burbank said that the first man from the back to come and
take the contract off the top of the pole would be in the match.
Lukey was first man from the back but was quickly caught by Shane
Haste. The European Union were next out but were closely tagged by
Chris Vice and AZ. As the scrap continued even referees Brett Corvus
and Dan the Beast had a crack at the contract. In the end, Michael
Morleone was set to capture the contract when Haste leapfrogged him
onto the top rope and snatched the contract. Haste was in the match
and back in with a show at the Invitational.
