TAPED FIST STREET FIGHT
EPW TITLE MATCH
Lobo v FN Carnage
This match had an eerie feeling surrounding it. EPW fans and staff knew that they were about to witness something that they had never seen before. Lobo and Carnage both looked focussed as they entered the ring. It didn’t take long for Carnage to take the lack of rules to his advantage as he choked Lobo with his shirt. He laid in the closed fists early looking to put Lobo away as quickly as possible. But he let his focus slip for a moment and Lobo put him down with a clothesline.
Carnage quickly reassumed control and used chokes to slow Lobo down. He then set the ladder up and sent Lobo crashing into the solid steel. Lobo fought back with a sleeper that almost put Carnage out. But he managed to climb back to his feet, pick Lobo up and drive him backwards into the ladder. Carnage then set the ladder up between the ring and the guardrails and suplexed Lobo onto the ladder. The force must have almost broken Lobo’s back.  The champ then split the challenger open by swinging the ladder at his skull. FN Carnage was on top but there was no quit in Lobo. He battled Carnage back up the entrance way and set him flying off the stage and onto the floor with a huge hip toss. He followed up with a legdrop off the stage for a two count.
Lobo smashed Carnage with a chair before hitting a flip dive onto Carnage who was lying on a guardrail outside the ring. A german suplex onto the guardrail set Carnage up for more punishment. Lobo smashed the champion with a swanton onto a guardrail, ladder and chair.

A neckbreaker on the floor almost knocked Carnage out cold and had him down for a close two count. Lobo tried to finish him off with a moonsault but Carnage pushed him from the ring and he crashed into the guardrails.
Carnage took the chance to set up a table in the ring. But that wasn’t enough for him. He then returned under the ring to grab a black bag. He emptied the contents of the bag onto the table to reveal thousands of thumbtacks! He tried to superplex Lobo onto the table but it was reversed and Lobo back suplexed Carnage from the top through the table! Both men were then counted out for the 10 count. The match was declared a double count out. Wrestlers and officials helped both me to their feet as the crowd roared in appreciation.
But Lukey then announced that noone wanted to see the match end this way. After all that both men had gone through, everyone wanted to see a winner. Both men fought back to the ring and started to trade blows. Lobo threw a bunch of tacks in Carnage’s face. He then hit a sit-out bodyslam and his patented top rope leg drop for the nearest of falls.
He picked Carnage up but was hit with a low blow. Carnage then delivered the piledriver into the tacks to end the most brutal bout in Explosive Pro Wrestling’s history. Both men put their bodies and their lives on the line in this match and the fans rewarded them with a standing ovation.
After the match, Carnage got on the mic to congratulate his opponent. He rose Lobo’s hand before clotheslining him out of his boots. He then claimed that he was the new Australian wrestling icon.
Lobo tried to leave the ring but was stopped by Davis Storm who was doing guest commentary for the main event. Storm told Lobo that noone has ever sacrificed his body for Australian wrestling the way that Lobo has over the last 8 years. He thanked Lobo on behalf of all of the fans, the wrestlers and staff involved in EPW. The show ended with Lobo receiving the ovation he deserves.

Carnage now must face Davis Storm at Hell or Highwater.
