Before this match could begin, Xeriyous
Blade hit the ring to address both men. He said that he knew that
one these two was responsible for attacking his protégé, Tommy
Cartel. Blade told both men that there would be hell to pay when
Cartel returned. Street started out fast with some great takedowns
but Azazal was soon in charge as he set about slowly dissecting
Street.
Street fought back with a perfectly executed 2nd rope dropkick and a
double underhook suplex. But the ‘Fallen Angel’ was soon able to
reassume control of the match. A huge clothesline almost knocked the
Rookie of the Year out.
Street started to roll with a handstand headscissors and neckbreaker
but a devastating side back suplex had Azazal primed for victory.
Street struck with a top rope
huracanrana and moonsault press for a near fall that had everyone
shocked. Street drilled Azazal with his finisher, the Peep Show, but
only got a two count. Moments later, Azazal nailed Street with the
Fallen Angel for a hard fought victory. The Rookie of the Year put
in an impressive performance which seemed to anger Azazal who
continued to beat on James. Davis Storm jumped off the commentary
table and stood toe to toe with the ‘Fallen Angel’. The two
exchanged words before departing.
