NWA Pro Wrestling proudly presents EPW's Settling the Score

Settling the Score

Jimmy Payne defeated Shane Haste

Most people were expecting this match to be as exciting and hard fought as any at Settling the Score. And they weren’t let down. Both men gave it everything they had in search of a huge victory. Jimmy attacked Haste’s back relentlessly and with no mercy. Shane would not lay down and die. He got up time and time again which frustrated Jimmy even more. Shane seemed to be on the verge of snatching a win but with all the damage done to his back, he could not continue to fight off Jimmy’s texas cloverleaf. After a valiant effort, he had no choice but to submit.

As Shane finally got to his feet he was greeted by the man who defeated him at Re-Awakening, Havok. Haste thought he was in store for another fight but instead Havok extended his hand and thanked Shane for an incredible match at Re-Awakening.

As Havok prepared to address the EPW title situation, he was interrupted by Devlin Reeves. Reeves said that Havok was lucky to walk away with the Invitational trophy and that he could beat him on any given night. After an attempt to cheapshot Havok backfired, Burbank told Reeves that he could face the ‘Master of Mayhem’ later in the evening.
