I promised the fans and the roster that this year, I was
devoted to bringing back fun and character to Explosive Pro Wrestling, but this Black
Friday', you have forced me to change Cartel.
I admit you are bigger.. you are stronger and I do not
know alot about you... But all I need to know is that you will be at 'Black Friday'.
Consider yourself lucky on Friday the 13th Tommy Cartel... lucky that you will be staring
across the ring into the eyes of the Vagrant, and not Mr Anarchy.
