With VENDETTA just
around the corner, Explosive Pro Wrestling officials have been
working hard to finalise the card for the show.
As we already know, we have a huge main event already set for
VENDETTA. Azazal and Mikey will settle their long running feud
once and for all. These two have been at it since the beginning
of the year and both men are keen to finish this issue once and
for all. This match will be one of the most brutal bouts in EPW
history as they settle their feud in a chain match. But Azazal
has now had a clause added to the match. If he can win the chain
match at Vendetta, he will be added to the main event of
RE-AWAKENING. This is a huge announcement and will add even more
feeling to this match which is already supercharged with
emotion.
We also know that a 6 man elimination match will be held to
decide the final three semi-finalists for the EPW Invitational
tournament to be held at RE-AWAKENING. The match will be held
under unique rules. It will be every man for himself as all
competitors try to score a pinfall or submission. When a
wrestler can achieve this, he will have earned his spot in the
tournament and will be eliminated from the match. The man that
he defeats will also be eliminated from the match. We can now
announce that five of the wrestlers have already been selected
for the match. The five wrestlers are: Tommy Cartel, AZ Vegara,
James Street, Brock Freeman and Richter.
We believe that Psychofett has also thrown his name into the hat
but as yet his participation can not be confirmed. All of these
men realize that winning the Invitational would springboard them
into the upper echelon of EPW and give them a guaranteed shot at
the EPW title. This match should be a fast paced and exciting
match.
The tag team titles will be defended as the Serial Thrillers
tackle the Genetically Superior Team. GST are on a roll and many
believe that their time has arrived. But the Serial Thrillers
are pissed and looking for revenge. The winners will have the
honour of carrying the tag straps into RE-AWAKENING.
Davis Storm is looking to prepare for his title shot at
RE-AWAKENING and has thrown out an open challenge for VENDETTA.
After the disappointment of being stripped of the title at
Collision Course, Storm is looking to gain some momentum heading
into the biggest event of the year. The only question remains,
who will step up to face him?
And the final match to be announced is another tag team matchup.
The Brat Pack will be looking for revenge on the team that
defeated them at Hell or Highwater, Awesome Inc. Shane Haste and
Kiel E.Lectrifying will be keen to prove that their last win was
no fluke. The winner of this match could possibly put themselves
in the driver’s seat for a tag team title shot at RE-AWAKENING.
So you do not want
to miss the last show before RE-AWAKENING. VENDETTA should be a
great night and there should be action aplenty. Tickets are
