With this show only 4 days away, we felt it was time to release
a final card for this HUGE show. This will be Explosive Pro
Wrestling’s first interstate show and will be held in
conjunction with the National Wrestling Alliance.
Show will take place at the Dom Polski Centre on Friday 3rd
December 2004. Tickets are $13 for general or $6 for kids under
12.Tickets will be available on the door or you can call 0422
722 596
The final card is as follows:
TAG TEAM TITLE
MATCH
The Genetically Superior Team ( c ) v The Serial Thrillers
The first title defense for the new tag team champions will be a
difficult one. GST have never beaten the former champions in tag
team competition.
6 CORNER MAYHEM
‘The Vagrant’ Nate Dooley v Psychofett v Jamie Jurah v
Devlin Reeves
v Richter v Shane Haste
An eclectic mix of wrestlers here. We have two power wrestlers,
a tag team, a highflier and a homeless bum. Should be
interesting to say the least.
NWA-A GRUDGE MATCH
Chopper Colman v ‘Cannonball’ Chris Taylor
As promised at the last NWA-A show, these two will lock it up to
settle their long running feud. Look for both men to be fired up
for this one.
INTERSTATE CHALLENGE MATCHES
Mike ‘Havok’ Mills & Will Power (S.A.) v Davis Storm & FN
Carnage (W.A.)
While interstate pride may be on the line, the real story is
whether either of these teams can get on the same page. Havok
has had a change of attitude recently and seems to only care
about his own agenda. The feud between Davis Storm and FN
Carnage has been going on since day 1 in EPW. Exactly how they
will get along has yet to be seen.
‘Jag’ Brett James (S.A) v ‘Mr. Anarchy’ Jimmy Payne (W.A.)
The last time these two men met, the score was far from settled.
And the last time Mr. Anarchy was in town, he showed a clear
disdain for the wrestling fans of South Australia. He will be
fired up in this, his first match for 2004.
Jayson Cooper (S.A.) v EPW Champion Mikey (W.A.)
Mikey is anything but a fan favourite in South Australia. All
year long he has taunted the SA fans at NWA-A shows and will be
looking to spoil any chance of a victory party for South
Australia. But he will have his work cut out for him. Jayson
Cooper is one of the finest SA has to offer and is known for his
never say die attitude. This match should be a fast paced
contest.
So there you have
it. This should be an incredible night of action and will not be
one that you will want to miss out on. This will probably be the
last chance for South Aussie wrestling fans to catch a live
wrestling show in 2004. We hope to see you all there.
