With High Stakes less than two weeks away, the EPW Board of
Directors have been locked away trying to put the final touches
on the show.
As we already know, the main event will see the Forefathers of
Perth wrestling tackle the Young Guns of EPW in an ‘All for One’
Tag Team Match. The ‘All for One’ match has some unique rules
which should make it a very interesting bout.
The match will be fought as under Ironman rules with a 30 minute
time limit. The team to score the most falls in that time will
be declared the winners. BUT each team has nominated a captain.
If that captain is pinned or submitted at any time, his team
will lose immediately and the match will end.
The Young Guns team has now been finalised. The captain for the
team, Chris J Lazareth, has named Chris Vice as the fourth
member of the team. After their win at the house show, the
Forefathers have nominated Brad West as the fourth member of
their team although they insist that he is not a member of the
Forefathers, merely an associate. ‘The Ironman’ Davis Storm has
been nominated as the team captain.
It will be a busy night for West as he has also been selected as
one of the final four men to attempt to make it to the semi
finals of the Invitational Tournament. He will face off against
the man who he attacked at Evolution, James Street.
And in the other bracket, we will see two fan favourites do
battle for the final spot in the tournament as Jamie Jurah takes
on the ‘Amercian Nightmare’ Brock Freeman.
We already know that FN Carnage will face Michael Morleone but
Carnage has now added the stipulation that the loser must get on
his knees and shake the hand of the winner. This should be a hot
match as Carnage was furious after Morleone disrespected him at
the last show.
And Tommy Cartel will face newcomer Marcius Pitt.
