RE-AWAKENING.
Explosive Pro Wrestling’s (then Explosive Coastal Wrestling)
first show was held on November 4th 2001. That show was dubbed
AWAKENING. A year later, RE-AWAKENING was born.
RE-AWAKENING is the biggest day of the year for anyone
associated with EPW. For the most of the staff, officials and
wrestlers it is the culmination of a year’s work.
Since 2002, the name RE-AWAKENING has been synonymous with great
wrestling, sensational production and, most of all, high
emotions. And this year will be no exception.
RE-AWAKENING V will be held on November 4th 2006 at the Venville
Rec Centre. This will mark the 5th Anniversary of the return of
local wrestling to Perth. For over 15 years, local wrestling
laid dormant in this great city while wrestling fans suffered in
silence.
RE-AWAKENING will not only be a celebration of an anniversary.
It will be a chance to relive the last five years of Explosive
Pro Wrestling while looking forward to a bright future for
Australian produced wrestling.
We truly hope to see each and every one of you there and we
invite anyone who has ever experienced EPW over the last 5 years
to join us for this momentous occasion.
