Boiling Point is the last event before the biggest night in EPW
history. And it’s just days away. This Saturday (16th Sept 2006)
will see a huge night of excitement as we take the final steps
towards RE-AWAKENING V.
The main event will see the very first one on one match between
two of Australia’s finest wrestlers as Havok takes on one half
of the EPW tag team champions, Davis Storm. The match has a huge
stipulation attached to it. If Havok can defeat Storm he will
face Jag at RE-AWAKENING V. But if Storm is successful, Havok’s
valet, Anella must face Jag at RE-AWAKENING. Both men will be
desperate for the win.
And speaking of desperate, a gauntlet match will be held to
determine the #1 contender to the EPW title for RE-AWAKENING.
The winner of this match will be in the main event so you can
bet that all of the men in the match will put it all on the line
in this one. Names announced so far include former EPW champion,
Richter, Jay Taylor, Lord Jonathon Wimbledon, Justin Sane, Brad
West and Azazal. EPW officials have said two more names will be
added to the match on the night.
The semi finals of the Invitational Tournament will also be held
at Boiling Point. In one semi final, Devlin Reeves will battle
James Street. And the other semi will see interstate wrestling
sensation, Damien Slater, take on the American Nightmare, Brock
Freeman. The Invitational Tournament has been used as
springboard to success in EPW in the past with every previous
winner going on to taste EPW gold.
The rest of the show looks like this:
THREE WAY DANCE
Shane Haste v AZ Vegara v Chris Vice
FN Carnage v Marcius Pitsonopolous
EPW champion Jimmy Payne v Rusty Evans
