With Date with Destiny less than
two weeks away it’s time for the remaining matches to be
announced. February 24th at the Venville Recreation Centre
should be a huge night of wrestling action with the following
matches added to the card.
After costing him the #1 contendership at the last show, Shane
Haste will be out for revenge as he tackles Nate Dooley. Dooley
has always been the Forefathers go-to man and he will want to
beat Haste to keep him away from any being any further threat to
the EPW championship.
After failing to secure a shot at the title at Hot Summer’s
Night, Mikey Nicholls requested the opportunity to beat up as
many people as possible on February 24th. And he received his
wish as he is set to participate in 6 Man Mayhem at Date with
Destiny. The match will be fought under scramble rules, where
tags must be made unless a wrestler leaves the ring. Upon
leaving the ring, any of the remaining four wrestlers may take
his place in the ring. It will be every man for himself as six
men attempt to score a single pinfall in this hectic
environment. The five others joining Nicholls in this madness
will be Ferguson Block, Kiel E.Lectrifying, James Street, Lord
Jonathon Wimbledon & Justin Sane.
And the final match to be announced will see the ‘Allstar’ Brad
West take on newcomer, Jose’ Del Santo. Brad had a shock loss at
Hot Summer’s Night after Jack Burbank interjected himself into
the proceedings. West will be determined to get back in the
winner’s circle in this match.
Add these three matches to the card that has already been
announced and you’re set for the biggest night of wrestling in
2007 thus far.
