After being named the Young Guns
captain for the second All for One match, Shane Haste decided
not to rush into naming his team.
“EPW management were probably too eager to answer the
Forefathers challenge last year,” said the team captain. “They
wanted to show the Forefathers that EPW wouldn’t back down but
enough care wasn’t taken picking the team and we were easy
pickings for an experienced team who knew how to exploit our
weaknesses.”
“Well I wasn’t going to make the same mistake again. I wanted to
make sure that we went in with a united team who are all
committed to the same goal, kicking the crap out of the
Forefathers.”
EPW management also decided not to tempt fate this time and
named the man who they believe to be the best possible captain.
When asked for comment, Jack Burbank had the following to say.
“CJL is one of the toughest pricks in EPW history. BUT he is a
hot head and his temper and aggression probably cost the Young
Guns the last All for One match.”
“Shane is able to harness his aggression while never losing
control. That is the hallmark of a team captain and a man who
can lead the Young Guns to a historic victory.”
After much deliberation, Shane has named his team for All for
One. He will lead the team of 2007 Invitational Tournament
winner, Devlin Reeves, former two time EPW tag team champion,
Chris J Lazareth, and Chris Vice.
This is a much stronger and more united team than the one who
fronted up to the Forefathers last August.
“We’re not gonna back down from any challenge the Forefathers
throw out,”Shane said. “They can expect the fight of their lives
on March 31st.”
