As you may have seen in Blitz Team’s You Tube adventures, Shane Haste recently decided to make the long trip to America.

Shane thought the timing was right to take his brand of ‘Awe-Inspiring’ wrestling to the US in order to gain more experience for a shot at glory in 2009.

Well it appears that Shane’s shot at ultimate glory has come earlier than expected. Just three weeks into his trip, Haste has been granted a shot at the new NWA World’s Heavyweight Champion, ‘Scrap Iron’ Adam Pearce.

EPWPerth.com believes this will mark the first time that an Australian has had a shot at the NWA World’s Heavyweight Championship in several decades.
