With
WA v VIC just
over a week away, the EPW management team have been hard at work
putting together some fantastic matches that should make this a
night to remember.
Tyler Jacobs was furious after being beaten by JT
in their Invitational Tournament semi final. He threw out
the challenge for a rematch and JT more than happy to step up to
the plate one more time. In their previous two meetings, Jacobs
has seemed to have the wood over JT and will be looking to score
a victory over one of EPW’s hottest young stars.
AZ Vegara’s business relationship with Amber and
Damian Slater appears to be on a knife’s edge. At
BREAKING POINT,
Vegara was put on notice that if he did not find himself back in
the winner’s column, he could kiss his associates goodbye. After
much pleading, Amber has given Vegara one final chance. It will
all be on the line as he faces Ferguson Block on
September 12th.
The RISING STAR CUP returns for 2009 with a four way
elimination match deciding who will take home the trophy at
night’s end. Gary Schmidt, Gavin ‘Shooter’ McGavin,
Alex 'The Kid' Kingston and Adam Banks will go at
it to determine who is the ‘Rising Star’ of 2009.
There will be explosive six man tag action as Team All Star
look to carry their current good form into RE-AWAKENING 8.
They will be met by the trio of Dan Moore, Chase
Griffin and Jarek Matthews. Can Moore and Griffin put
their recent problems aside and find a way to win?
