25/03/09 - BATTLE FOR SUPREMACY TAKES SHAPE – HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR EVOLUTION

April 18th sees Explosive Pro Wrestling return to the Venville Recreation Centre in Maylands for BATTLE FOR SUPREMACY.

This is the last EPW show before EVOLUTION in May and it looks like being a corker.

While there is plenty of debate in the EPW Board Room about the current EPW champion’s condition, the tag titles have never looked better. Hot off the three match series between the EPW tag team champions, Blitz Team, and the former champions, Dan Moore and Chase Griffin, the Board is keen to see the tag division scale new heights.

They have decided that at EVOLUTION, Blitz Team will defend their newly won EPW tag team titles in a LADDER MATCH! The only other ladder match in EPW was the infamous match between Bobby Marshall and Jimmy Payne which was voted the Match of 2007 and is widely considered the best match ever contested in this state.

BATTLE FOR SUPREMACY will see four teams competing in a mini tournament to decide exactly who will face the champions at EVOLUTION.

We have been notified that there will be an announcement next week as to who the four teams will be although we can confirm that Dan Moore and Chase Griffin have forgone their guaranteed rematch to gain entry into this tournament.

Tickets are available now so don’t delay. Get your tickets NOW!
