EVOLUTION 2011 could be one of the biggest in the ten year history of Explosive Pro Wrestling. May 14th will see the Vasto Club in Balcatta will play host to the 10th annual EVOLUTION, an event that has a reputation of changing the entire landscape on EPW.

Our main event will see a continuation of the rivalry between the new EPW Champion, the ‘Golden Greek’ Marcius Pitt and the ‘Ironman’ Davis Storm. Pitt ripped the belt from the former champion in a huge shock at Midday Mayhem and now the stakes will be raised with this EPW Championship Match set to be a LAST MAN STANDING MATCH. With the physical nature of the first two matches between these two, we can only imagine what they will do to each other at EVOLUTION.

The Hardcore Championship will be defended in a CHAIN MATCH as Tyler Jacobs and Chase Griffin go toe to toe yet again. Their Street Fight at Re-Awakening 9 was one of the bloodiest brawls in EPW history and these two are set to lay it all on the line one more time. Can the ‘Kamikaze Kid’ finally overcome the ‘Godfather of Hardcore’ and become the EPW Hardcore Champion?

After their victory at the Members House Show, the newly reformed team of AZ Vegara and JT have earnt themselves a shot at the EPW Tag Team Champions. Team All Star feel like they are hitting their stride as Tag Team Champions after defeating Chris Vice and Jonathon Wimbledon in a Tables Match at Midday Mayhem. Vegara and JT showed their incredible ability to work as a team as they almost stole the EPW Championship from Davis Storm. Will this teamwork lead to gold at EVOLUTION?

A shot at the EPW championship is up for grabs in a 6 MAN LUCKY LOSERS #1 CONTENDERS MATCH. The winner of this elimination match will get his shot at the EPW champion at Hell or Highwater on August 11th. At Midday Mayhem, the Entourage bemoaned that Alex Kingston had been afforded opportunities that Kiel Steria had not in the past six months. A challenge was thrown out for EVOLUTION and the ‘Innovator of Radness’ has come to the party. Former Blitz Team partners will collide but who will emerge victorious.

Speaking of the Entourage, a challenge has been set forward by William Darcy for EPW’s newest international acquisition, the ‘Bolly Boy’ Eddy Bombay. At EVOLUTION he will team up with Hayden Zenith to take on Brett Foxx and Adam Banks. A victory will see him take his place in the Entourage. A loss will see him sent packing back to the heat and humidity of Mumbai.

After steamrolling Barry Schmidt at Midday Mayhem with his newfound intensity, Jamie Jurah is looking to complete the set as he takes on ‘Gorgeous’ Garry Schmidt on May 14th. Can Garry redeem his brother’s honour?
